Our famous hog roasts come as a whole pig and is carved by our chefs for your event. We can offer a simple hog roast which is served in a bap with apple sauce and homemade stuffing using all the meat juices from the pig or you can add a variety of salads to make your event more special. Other options we can offer are lamb roasts or a famous meat feast, half a pig, whole peppered rump and leg of lamb studded with garlic and rosemary. We can tailor any menu to suit your individual requirements and are more than happy to discuss options with you.
